The Raw Avocado is our California honey. It is described as tasting just like molasses. (I always say it reminds me of a Gingersnap cookie). We hear of multiple uses for this honey. For example; Raw Avocado honey serves as an ingredient for meat marinades, as well as a replacement for molasses. (We use it in our granola).
